Mr. Frank Vande Loo has been on the staff of The Center For Drug-Free Living, Inc., Orlando, since 1990, and is currently the Director of Community-Based Prevention at the Center. His position gives him responsibility for prevention programs for youth in high-risk neighborhoods in Orange County; these include the Village House Program, Neighborhood Enrichment Centers and Prevention Outreach. He is also Director of the To Your Health Program, an alcohol education program for older adults. Mr. Vande Loo serves on the Florida Substance Abuse Prevention Advisory Council, Co-Chairs the Central Florida Coalition on Mental Health and Aging, and is President of the Board of Directors of Safehouse of Seminole.
