  • One 6 foot exhibit space/table with tablecloth and skirt/2 chairs
  • Electricity available on advanced request
  • Registration for 1, Monday and Tuesday
  • Each day continental breakfast & breaks for 1
  • Each day lunch for 1 representative
  • Listing in the conference program
  • Space to lock up exhibit at night

Exhibitor Agreement

  • One representative is allowed per exhibit each day. Additional representatives will be charged $85.00 each.
  • The exhibit will be staffed during exposition hours (8:00am - 4:30pm).
  • The exhibitor provides accurate information on the agency and all representatives attending the conference.
  • All materials and costs for the exhibit are the exhibitor's responsibility, except for the table, chairs and small sign provided by the Florida Coalition.
  • FCOMHA cannot assume any liability/responsibility for damage, loss or injury to an exhibit or exhibitor, and/or its representatives.
